i felt like i just step into a landmine of spiritual knowledge. reading ‘shaman, healer, sage’ by aberto villodo has been one of the great reads of the past number of years. in essence much of it is so fimilar to me but at the same time reframe in a way that allows my knowledge to transcend my own path. body experiences
i have been experiencing a number of interesting phenomenas post late night meditation. i am almost able to transcend extreme tiredness and enter a dream like state of meditation. it gets real trickey between that state and what rincophe stated as ‘stupid meditation’. i definitely experience stupid meditation numerous times so i understand how to differeanite it from current expeirence. although morning meditation would help more during day conscious expereiences, i seem to be falling to a late night meditation pattern to has major impact on my dream state. although i never been a heavy sleeper before, […]
