never has been my visual memory have been so rich in the past few years. big leaps in small body. time is spinning out of control on a pole.

bruce lee and the search for honest expression
i saw a fairly entertaining documentary on bruce lee a couple of weeks ago and it inspired me to get a compilation of his writings entitled, “striking thoughts”. I’ve been reading it on and off in on my reading shrine and it’s fairly surprising how spiritual the man was. the world knows him for his martial arts but i have new appreciation for all he has done for the asian brother. much of the thoughts i’ve read before in my own research but i love his flavor/style. 11 years and counting
orange celebrated 11 years of existence tonight but i don’t have any pictures of us back in the old days. we can only reminisce about it over cold beers and work associates. for the most part, people view our evolution as success by some means but i wonder if we had this ‘level’ of success within the first couple of years, if we would consider our selves as sell outs. naturally that still crosses my mind. it doesn’t weigh in my heart too heavily because selling out implies that we actually getting rich off the process […]
