the power of faith
after watching, the “wheel of time”, i am humbled and inspired by their devoution and faith. faith is unreasonable and so undenibly more powerful than any man made weapon. i am not talking about the blind faith but the faith that comes after intellectual rigour. the kind of faith is unshaken by 37 years of imprisonment, endless beatings and ghastly torture. if had an ounce of that kind of faith, i could accomplish something in my short life. so, if i ever whine again, feel free to beat me into a pulp of weakness. undoubtedly i must […]

i find it severely ironic that i know nothing of love and yet i am asked to capture it.
a little reminder
i watched ‘millor dollar baby’ tonight and although inspiring on many levels, the saddness of the outcome is equally powerful. for every one great story of success, there’s 10 equally sad story about the people that dreamt and didn’t quite make it. but the real sad story is for those that never dream. no doubt the world is a not a pretty place for dreamers. the great german once said genious is 10% inspiration and 90% perspiration. remember that and we will be okay. it is a long and ardous path but the night is darker for […]
