on the other side of the table
so i am interviewing people for our director of business development position and it’s actually more weird to be on the other side of the table. i feel like we end up trying to sell ourselves versus finding out more about the candidate. i guess it’s sorta of necessary to sell the concept of the company because the position is mostly equity. regardless, i think people are genearlly impressed by end the of the converstation. in this tough economy people are concerned with making rent so an equity position is not as appealing as the good old […]
