unwelcome pressure of an “unmovable” deadline lies before us now. the first in our short careers as so call artists. so call because what we done up to date is made our little safety nest so that we can practice art without the suffering that is associated with art. by some strange forces beyond our pitiful plans, we’re been thrust a project that requires us to actually think like an artist. to actually to assert our vision for judgement. in short, we have been commission to produce over 50 protriats of the our favorite city’s finest residents. from the power brokers to the joint smokers. it’s not so much our vision this simple “SF Faces” concept but of the gallery owner of Start Soma. The show is mostly about his vision but we’re fine with it because we will probably get such an opportunity like this again. still, we’re taking the project with a big grain of salt because i question any art cuartor that calls himself a CEO. it’s not about art. it’s about who do you know and if you scratch my back, i will do the same. it’s simple as that and at this stage it’s all good for everyone.
