it’s really weird being on the other side of the table when i have to interview candidates for the company. i’ve been a pretty good interviewee but i asking the right questions is another matter. as an interviewer, i feel like i am gonig on a lot of instincts these days versus asking the raitional questions that bring out the essense of people. nevertheless, i feel like much of what i do these days is on a very gut level. from style in photography to how we approach business processes, it’s all comes more from deep within rather than a lot of experience with many of these new experiences. No doubt i rely much on my personal values to drive much of the business values. it feels nice to integrate the as much as possible but i am sure it has it’s limits. No doubt we haven’t gone as far with the business because we’re a bunch of nice accomdating guys. But i definitely feel a personal transformation on how i feel my time in respect to how much i charge for my ‘services’. i’m been through the transformation before in my former career as an engineer but it’s been more interesting on the creative transformation. there are parallels from my former occuption in measuring the value of my time, but i sense that the creative transformation requires a lot more than just listing the clients and people i taken photos of! self confidence and conceptual\/imaginative thought processes seem to be two key factors creative growth. at any rate, the business is growing and i am feeling more responsible in much more than i had anticipated. I feel that the more people we hire into the company, the more ‘obligted’ i am in seeing things through some sort of frution. To some degree, i see self orangization sustainablity as the first step in the fruition of the journey but i think it will get a lot more interesting after that.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
