finally getting back into yoga on a semi regular basis. previously, brikam was the practice of choice but i was introduced to a yoga place just around the block. normally, it’s a dance studio but they have yoga at strange intervals and all taught by different teachers and different styles. at first, i wasn’t into all the various different styles of each teacher but now i am beginning to like the variety. each teacher emphazies a different aspect and i feel like i get a more well rounded practice. the also nice thing about this place is that it isn’t so crowded as the bikram classes i used to. so invariably you get more attention from the teacher and the ladies. that’s definitely one of the bonus about doing yoga in the city, 9 out of 10 days i am only the guy and if there are guys they’re usually gay! ha ha. maybe one day i’ll actually say hi to the sexy yoga chicks but i always berate myself for being distracted by them. oh well, i guess it’s a good chance practice self discipline but you know i couldn’t say no if they asked me out. i am sure that happens 10 times in a lifetime of a guy and i feel like i’ve used up half of those opportunties!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
