it’s been a long time since i’ve been this ill. i am sure i got the bug last winter and to be honest once a year of illness is not bad. i’ve always pride myself on physical health but the pride is probably missed place. the fact that i rarely get sick doesn’t mean that i am healthy. the lack of sickness is not health! that’s how i been tricking myself. anyway, i am not health nut but i definitely value my sound mind and body. a sound mind is definitely debateable however. least i shouldn’t forget the soundness of spirit. those are the three pillars of well being. anyway, i should be in bed instead of writing the business plan. sometimes i know i am a slave driver to myself and i gotta cut myself some slack. either way, i am listening to somafm.com and it’s juciy stuff.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
